Screening the application by HR and the department.

1st Interview via MS Teams. We want to get to know you and introduce ourselves. You’ll meet the hiring manager and usually also a member of the HR team.

Digital assessment centre, where you’ll fill out some surveys regarding your work personality and values, as well as take skills tests.

2nd Interview either on site or via MS Teams. Participants are the hiring manager and local HR, sometimes also a 2nd level manager or a team member could possibly take part. We will decide this individually and you will of course find out in advance who you will meet up with. In this interview, we’ll discuss your qualifications and experience in detail, explain the position and its responsibilities, and review your responses and results from the digital assessment centre

Your feedback: We’d like to hear your thoughts after the interviews and see if you think we’d be a good fit for each other.
