In the trainee program we have a large number of summer trainee positions available every year for undergraduate and graduate students, offering hands-on experience in various fields across our company. You do not need to have previous experience of the automotive industry.
As a summer trainee, you’ll have the opportunity to work on real projects, gain valuable industry insights, and collaborate with experts in a dynamic and supportive environment. We believe in empowering the next generation of professionals and providing a strong foundation for your future career.
Explore trainee opportunities across our key sites
We offer summer traineeships at our sites in Uusikaupunki, Salo, and Turku. In addition to valuable work experience, we are also keen to offer you some fun activities with the other trainees, such as after work gatherings and visits to our other plants.
We also offer thesis assignments. Depending on the subject of the thesis, these can be done as an assignment, within the context of employment or some other agreed way.
Many of our trainees and thesis workers have continued their employments with us either as experts in their field or working part-time alongside their studies.
