IONCOR X Wille Machines: A shared success built on strong cooperation

Published: 26.11.2025

IONCOR has reached a major milestone: our Energy Pack battery system is at the heart of the new fully electric Wille e475Δ multipurpose machine, which made its public debut on November 19 at the Park og Anleggsmessen 2025 fair in Lillestrøm, Norway.

For IONCOR, this premiere represents not only our first official customer reference for the Energy Pack battery system, but also a breakthrough moment for high-voltage battery technology in demanding professional machinery. Wille Machines has spent nearly a decade researching electric and hybrid solutions, and the choice of the Energy Pack confirms the system’s readiness for real-world use.

From the beginning, the project has been shaped by close cooperation and a strong shared purpose. IONCOR and Wille Machines worked intensively as one team with frequent meetings and technical visits, along with coordinated planning between engineering and marketing. The goal was clear: a successful launch and a strong joint image for both the machine and the battery system.

The Norway premiere demonstrated the strength of this partnership. The Wille e475Δ model, powered by the Energy Pack, was showcased to the right customer groups and industry professionals. Wille Machines attended with a significant presence, and several IONCOR representatives, including CEO Roberts Abele, were on site to highlight the importance of the achievement. Wille’s Norwegian importer also supported the event in a major way with their team, helping ensure broad visibility and engagement.

The Energy Pack plays a key role in making the Wille e475Δ a capable, zero-emission work machine. With high-voltage architecture, pre-heating for cold environments, and robust design against moisture, dust and vibration, the battery delivers reliable performance even in the harsh, challenging Nordic conditions.

In Wille’s media release, the Energy Pack was highlighted as follows:

“The Wille e475Δ model is powered by a battery pack manufactured by Finnish IONCOR, providing long service life and reliability for demanding work machine applications. The high-voltage 650-volt electrical system and the battery’s pre-heating function ensure dependable performance even in the cold and demanding conditions of the Nordic climate.”

The collaboration between IONCOR and Wille will continue as the companies jointly prepare for the commercial rollout of the Wille e475Δ model, which will enter the market in late 2026. The successful premiere marks a shared achievement and a strong foundation for future cooperation.

We have announced the milestone in our media release and will share additional updates across our website and social media channels.
